Subscribe
Decide which SmartStart subscription best fits your business needs, select your SmartUpgrades, and sign up using our simple online form. Once you’ve signed up, you’ll receive a confirmation email where you’ll select your start date and begin your onboarding.
Onboarding
Once you’ve subscribed, you’ll be sent your ‘Onboarding Form’ where we’ll collect information on all your day-to-day operations.
1:1 Consultation
Once we’ve processed your onboarding information, your SmartStart EBP will set up a 60 minute call to walk through integrations, grant permissions, and begin collaboration on how to provide you the best support.
Shadowing
Your SmartStart EBP will shadow a handful of your essential operational meetings to get a pulse on your company’s operations and immerse themselves in your company culture.
Efficiency Roadmap
After we’ve established your goals and gotten a pulse on current statuses, your SmartStart EBP will put together a custom ‘Efficiency Roadmap’ just for you. Your Efficiency Roadmap will outline how your customized support package will streamline your calendar and operations over your first 90 days with SmartStart.
Begin your SmartStart!
Now that we’ve got a plan in place, your SmartStart begins! Your SmartStart includes daily support Monday-Friday, 24 hour SLAs on all requests, Daily Support Reports, and Weekly Wrapped Reports.
Daily Support Report
Your SmartStart EBP will send you a daily ‘Support Report’ providing you a detailed, easy-to-read brief on your calendar; highlighting any urgent items, summarizing critical meeting briefs, and flagging important milestone updates.
Weekly 1:1
Your SmartStart EBP will set up a 30 minute weekly 1:1 meeting to connect on your priorities, where you need the most support, and how to best help you achieve your goals.
Weekly Wrapped
Ever wonder what the Spotify Wrapped for your life would look like? Using our powerful analytics, your SmartStart EBP will send you a weekly recap on how your time was spent each week. This allows data-driven adjustments to be made along the way to ensure you’re spending your time where you really need to be, not just where you’re getting pulled.
Quarterly Recalibration
Once every 90 days, you and your SmartStart EBP will set goals for your next 90 days to create you an updated ‘Efficiency Roadmap’. This is also a great time to look at your SmartStart Subscription plan and make any changes and upgrades necessary to best support your upcoming quarter.
